X energy is a healing modality working specifically with star beings and star angels, in side by side energy work, for the benefit of Earth and all inhabitants, animate and inanimate.    These loving beings are here to help us adjust, fine tune, and expand our energy fields and patterns at cellular code levels as well as to the edges of our beings.

It is a sophisticated energy of light, working in energy fields beyond white light as it reconnects, recodes, and heals.   It works in deep cellular levels for release and restructuring our physical selves so that we are able to be more comfortable with changing vibrations and energies that are now effecting every single thing on Earth.    While working in our energetic fields, it assists us as we expand releasing old, often buried energies, and energy patterns.   The primary goal of this energy work is for adapting and expanding with the vibration of unconditional love.   It is for all.

X energy works with current expansions as well as future expansions in energies and vibrations, to include magnetic fields, color changes, etc.    This healing energy is from Source, coming through the loving, kind star beings and angels that currently surround this planet as we collectively shift.   This energy is light and airy , yet deeply moving on physical levels, as it  helps move one from a denser existence to one that is lighter, freer, more loving,  by way of exquisite release and adjustment.  It works with color, sacred geometry, sound and light in advanced formats as Earth shifts her vibrations and there is expansion in all directions.    For Earth these shifts feels like being bathed in soothing light, as well sound and color.

There are many beautiful healing modalities on the planet at this time, X energy being one that works in direct conjunction with the star beings and star angels who are here to support us.  They have been given permission from Source to move even closer to us as we are effected by new energetic shifts and changes, and more and more of these beings are coming in to help.    We are already feeling the energy shifts on all levels.  While it can feel chaotic, sometimes confusing, and even uncomfortable, trust that we are each exactly where we are supposed to be in our lives.    The star beings work directly with our bodies in gentle and profound increments.  These incremental adjustments assist us on ALL levles, but especially to help our bodies accept and implement these changing vibrations.  We sometimes feel like we are on “fast forward” and in a sense we are.  However, we have not been left without support.

Some people are experiencing these energy shifts as aches, pains, dizziness, heart palpitations, ringing in the ears, headaches, etc.   These symptoms may come and go with no explanation.   NOTE:   Please see your doctor if you are concerned about any symptoms, or feelings you are experiencing.   Traditional medicine is not to be ignored, and has its place in all of the changes that are occurring.   This healing modality is not meant to replace your physician’s advice or care.

Every living being on this planet, animate and inanimate, is experiencing the shifts in energies and it effects, recognized and unrecognized.  As each individual being, including Earth herself, holds a different vibration, incremental healing adjustments will be given accordingly.  Our well being, especially Earth’s, are of paramount concern to these loving star beings.   That all experience healing energy in a way that is individually appropriate is at the heart of this work.  It is wrapped in unconditional love and acceptance for all.

Because X energy healing works at core levels (physically and energetically), the effect moves out from your center points to the edges of our beings.  It is a ripple effect. As above so below.  There is nothing you have to do before or after a session, except be yourself and allow the energy to prevail.  However, drinking water (but not excessively so) will help your body adjust on all levels.   Water is a key “ingredient” in current energetic shifts on earth.  Consider it a key medicine of sorts. Blessing the water as you drink it will assist you on even deeper levels.

We are not alone, we have never been alone, we will never be alone.   The beings working with X energy speak to that point with great love and compassion as we move forward in our individual and collective shifts.

If you close your eyes, right now, you will immediately be in a light state of hypnosis.    We slip in and out of altered states of consciousness every day, whether we are transfixed on a TV program, driving down the road, day dreaming, or simply staring out the window “not thinking of anything.”  These are daily altered states of the mind.   Hypnosis moves us deeper into the mind, into an area called the subconscious.    There are several depth levels of the subconscious mind, with most hypnotherapy being done at the mid levels.    In these states, the mind is very aware of what is occurring, however the body is deeply relaxed and the conscious mind is resting, or more accurately has been “switched off” to a resting state.

Many people are concerned that a hypnotherapist can make them do something they do not want to do.    That is not the case.   Free will is always present.

Can anyone be hypnotized?  The answer is a resounding Yes!  Sometimes the greatest disbelievers become the greatest believers in the power of hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy can be useful for many things, such as nail biting, weight loss, smoking cessation, and particularly appropriate to the time, Stress Management!    It is also useful for, and can a profound effect on mastering addictions, changing study habits, and conquering fears such as that of public speaking.     I have found over time, that hypnotherapy can be useful in creative fields, such as removing writers blocks, opening the door to one’s creative side, and even expanding one’s creative problem solving.

There is another use for hypnosis that is of particular interest to me,  and that is using hypnosis to side step the conscious mind and to connect with the Superconscious mind, i.e. the Divine Mind.   I have seen it have deep and profound changes in someone simply by establishing that connection with the Divine Mind, beyond all doubt.  I have also seen it connect someone to their angels, guides, and as well as open the door to one’s past lives so that major healing can take place.

Again, hypnosis is a very valuable tool, appropriate to our time when life seems to be on permanent fast forward.  Self mastery seems to be the order of the day.   So if you feel hypnosis is a path you would like to explore, but you have questions, please feel free to contact me.

“OFF-WORLD BEINGS and YOU”

We invite you to the first session of an ongoing series of classes called “Off-World Beings and You.”

During the first session we will be giving an overview on the star being groups that often fall under the names of ET’s, Sentient Beings, “Aliens,” the Shining Ones, Interdimensional Beings and Travelers, etc.  We will include a few tips and pointers on beginning, or expanding, your own travels down this path, as well as on handling “contacts.”   There will be time for sharing, discussion and questions.

If you are interested in exploring this expanding part of our daily living, or if you would like to share, or ask questions, please join us.  We are a group of like-minded individuals from the collective mind and heart and these sessions are a safety zone for sharing, exploring and learning.

Pandora Pillsbury, will be your teacher/moderator, drawing on her years of experience in the metaphysical field, and her own personal contact experiences beginning when she was quite young.  “The stars are home, a place of origin and love.” Her goal is to be of service and support to you in your own personal explorations in a topic that is often not talked about, sometimes feared but is very pertinent to this time in our history.    Some of the support tools she uses are visual arts, spirit communication, psychic information and hypnosis.
